Hala terms of use

Version 1.0 · effective 5 November 2026

1. What Hala does

Hala is the AI guide of the Hyper Nexus website. It answers questions about cellular IoT (bands, carriers, 2G/3G shutdowns, certification, modules and devices) and about our products and services. Outside that, Hala only says what it can help with.

2. AI-generated answers

Hala’s answers are generated by artificial intelligence and are for reference only. For prices, stock, lead times and certification decisions, our sales team’s reply and official documents prevail.

3. Rules of use

Do not enter illegal content or try to make Hala break its rules or reveal its instructions. Such questions are refused, and repeated attempts are temporarily limited.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s content and Hala’s answers are copyright of Beijing Hyper Nexus Technology Co., Ltd. Band Atlas open data is licensed under CC BY 4.0; please credit “Hyper Nexus · Band Atlas”.

5. Personal data

Hala does not collect who you are. Conversations are logged anonymously and kept encrypted for 186 days to improve answers and for safety reviews; see the privacy notice. Please do not type personal information.

6. Complaints and feedback

The “Not accurate” button under each answer is the complaint channel; you can also write to wangf@aiotrf.com or call +86 139 1090 0682. We usually reply within 3 working days.

7. Limits of liability

AI answers can be wrong and are not legal, certification or commercial commitments. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on them.
