DriversDoes MF833V need a driver?
It is driver-free on Windows: plug in and go online. On Linux, integration, debugging and development are done by the customer; we can provide technical documentation.
BandsMy device is going to a certain country. Will it work?
Open Band Atlas and choose the country to see the verdict for all three terminals on every local operator network. Every line cites its source and is scored only when two independent sources agree.
CertificationWhich certifications do the terminals hold?
MF833V is certified in 30 markets and Dongle 400 in 35; F40 currently holds China certification, with overseas certification arranged per shipment. See the certification guide for each country.
SamplesCan we test a sample first?
Yes. Samples are provided once the application is confirmed; please note "sample needed" in your online order.
MOQWhat are the minimum order and lead time?
MF833V: minimum 100 units. Up to 1,000 units are expected to ship by the end of December 2026; over 1,000 units are expected from January 2027, with an advance PO. Dongle 400 and F40: minimum 2,000 units; please ask us for lead times. Reference prices: MF833V and Dongle 400 from US$45, F40 (industrial version) from US$46; the final quote depends on your specification.
