Privacy and data notice

This notice says, in plain words, what this site collects, why, for how long, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Beijing Hyper Nexus Technology Co., Ltd. (6/F Huizhong Building, 1 Shangdi 7th Street, Haidian, Beijing; wangf@aiotrf.com).

Quotes and messages

The contact name, company, email, phone number and requirement you enter in "Order online" or "Leave a message" are used only to answer that enquiry and for the business conversation that follows. They are not used for mass marketing and are never sold or passed to third parties.

We keep them for as long as the business relationship needs; write to us at any time to see, correct or delete them.

Usage statistics

To improve the pages, the site records five kinds of anonymous events: a page view, which act was seen, which entry was clicked, a quote submitted, a conversation started with Hala. Each record holds only the time, the page path, the language and the event name.

No name, email, device identifier or precise location is recorded, and the records are never linked to your enquiry. The statistics are only aggregated for our own use.

Server logs

Like any website, the server keeps access logs (IP address, browser type, time of access) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for the usual operations period and then deleted; they serve no other purpose.

Local storage in your browser

Settings such as the light or dark theme, the sound and music switches and the narration preference are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to the server. The site uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Hala conversations and voice

The text you type in the Hala chat, and the text synthesised into narration, is sent to our server and processed by an AI service to produce the reply or the voice. We do not use it for any other purpose and it is not part of the usage statistics.

Please do not enter sensitive personal data such as ID or bank account numbers in the chat.

Open data and third-party links

Band Atlas data may be downloaded and cited freely. Where the site links to Zenodo, GitHub, the MIIT filing system or other third-party sites, their own policies apply.

Your rights

Write to wangf@aiotrf.com at any time to see, correct or delete information about you; we handle such requests within a reasonable time. The site is intended for business users and does not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
