B11 · 1500 Lower PDC
B11 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (1500 Lower PDC), FDD duplex, uplink 1427.9–1447.9 MHz and downlink 1475.9–1495.9 MHz. It is a capacity layer: wide and fast, with shorter reach than the low bands. Of the 155 networks we check, 1 use it (Japan).12

Who uses it
What it means for IoT devices
- B11 adds capacity in Japan: it raises city speeds, but coverage comes from the low bands.
Our dongles (MF833V, Dongle 400, F40) do not support B11.
