B23 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (2000 AWS-4), FDD duplex, uplink 2000–2020 MHz and downlink 2180–2200 MHz. It is a capacity layer: wide and fast, with shorter reach than the low bands. None of the networks we check uses it.12
