B31 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (450 NMT), FDD duplex, uplink 452.5–457.5 MHz and downlink 462.5–467.5 MHz. The whole band sits below 1 GHz, so it is a coverage layer: it travels far and gets through walls, deciding rural and indoor signal. None of the networks we check uses it.12
