B36 · 1900 PCS TDD (upper)
B36 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (1900 PCS TDD (upper)), TDD duplex, uplink 1930–1990 MHz and downlink 1930–1990 MHz. It is a capacity layer: wide and fast, with shorter reach than the low bands. None of the networks we check uses it.12

What it means for IoT devices
- This is a TDD band: FDD-only modules cannot use it.
- None of the networks we check uses it; if your market is outside our coverage, go by the local operators’ own data.
Our dongles (MF833V, Dongle 400, F40) do not support B36.
