B40 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (2300 S-Band), TDD duplex, uplink 2300–2400 MHz and downlink 2300–2400 MHz. It is a capacity layer: wide and fast, with shorter reach than the low bands. Of the 155 networks we check, 19 use it (United Kingdom, China, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Oman).12
