B44 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (700 APT TDD), TDD duplex, uplink 703–803 MHz and downlink 703–803 MHz. The whole band sits below 1 GHz, so it is a coverage layer: it travels far and gets through walls, deciding rural and indoor signal. None of the networks we check uses it.12
