B6 is a 3GPP LTE (4G) band (800 UMTS), FDD duplex, uplink 830–840 MHz and downlink 875–885 MHz. The whole band sits below 1 GHz, so it is a coverage layer: it travels far and gets through walls, deciding rural and indoor signal. None of the networks we check uses it.12
