n18 is a 3GPP 5G NR band (800 Lower (Japan)), FDD duplex, uplink 815–830 MHz and downlink 860–875 MHz. The whole band sits below 1 GHz, so it is a coverage layer: it travels far and gets through walls, deciding rural and indoor signal. None of the networks we check uses it.12
