n29 · 700 Lower SMH
n29 is a 3GPP 5G NR band (700 Lower SMH), SDL duplex, downlink only, 717–728 MHz. The whole band sits below 1 GHz, so it is a coverage layer: it travels far and gets through walls, deciding rural and indoor signal. None of the networks we check uses it.12

Who uses it
None of the networks we check uses it.
What it means for IoT devices
- Downlink only (supplemental): it works only aggregated with another band, never on its own for uplink.
- None of the networks we check uses it; if your market is outside our coverage, go by the local operators’ own data.
Our dongles (MF833V, Dongle 400, F40) do not support n29.
