n46 · 5 GHz unlicensed (NR-U)
n46 is a 3GPP 5G NR band (5 GHz unlicensed (NR-U)), TDD duplex, uplink 5150–5925 MHz and downlink 5150–5925 MHz. It is a capacity layer: wide and fast, with shorter reach than the low bands. None of the networks we check uses it.12

What it means for IoT devices
- This is a TDD band: FDD-only modules cannot use it.
- None of the networks we check uses it; if your market is outside our coverage, go by the local operators’ own data.
Our dongles (MF833V, Dongle 400, F40) do not support n46.
