n96 is a 3GPP 5G NR band (6 GHz unlicensed), TDD duplex, uplink 5925–7125 MHz and downlink 5925–7125 MHz. It is a capacity layer: wide and fast, with shorter reach than the low bands. None of the networks we check uses it.12
