About the Quectel EC25-AF

Cat 4 · North America · Quectel123

The North American version for Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Rogers and Telus; no B1, B3, B7 or B20, so not for Europe or Asia.

Network access: long-term roaming

Many globally deployed IoT devices use multi-network roaming SIMs that can attach to several networks in a country, but some countries restrict long-term roaming by foreign SIMs. A local SIM roaming domestically is not affected.

◐ No legal ban; it depends on the operators: Permanent roaming is legally permissible (Cullen International: as in most of the Americas); whether it lasts depends on agreements between operators.4
